4. Orders & Payment

• An order is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent, or where payment verification fails, with a full refund issued to the customer.
• Order cancellation by the customer is permitted only before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.
