This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the terms under which Muchhad Foods And Beverages ('we', 'us', 'our') delivers orders placed on www.muchhadeats.in to our customers across India.
All orders placed on our website are fulfilled through trusted third-party logistics partners including but not limited to Shiprocket and Delhivery. We reserve the right to change our logistics partners without prior notice to the customer.

All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation on business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email/SMS confirmation with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at the time of checkout. We reserve the right to modify shipping charges at any time. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping as part of promotional campaigns.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery after 2 attempts, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.
If your product arrives damaged due to transit issues, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy and raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
This Policy is governed by the laws of India and the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
